Experience

The challenge of multiple commercial disciplines has been, and is, Ken's forte’. He has listed, leased and sold retail, office, industrial, investment ground and multifamily properties. He has lectured on and performed 1031 Exchanges.  He also has experience in the area of segregated depreciation which is beneficial to building owners. He has represented both the Buyer/Tenant and Seller/Landlord as required. He has even traveled to India with some of his clients.

  • Represented clientele of ten doctors in the purchase of a large mall in Olathe
  • Managed and leased large flex space for out-of-state clients
  • Represented investors/clients in the purchase of several tracts of development ground
  • Represented confidential client in the purchase of a retail plaza at 107th St. & Metcalf

Sales:

  • Sold shopping mall on Ridgeview Rd. and Santa Fe in Olathe
  • Leased two flex spaces in South Creek
  • Sold multiple acres of development ground in Spring Hill
  • Sold 100 acre tracts of development ground in Stilwell
  • Sold flex buildings in Wyandotte County
  • Sold retail plaza at 107th & Metcalf which I also managed for several years
